Selena & Annie have spent their careers helping women to step in closer to the most intimate parts of themselves. Annie through pelvic floor physical therapy and Selena through mental health therapy. For over 20 years they have walked alongside women as they cross the threshold into motherhood. Together they are passionate about helping women connect to one another and ensure they are receiving the care they need. Now Selena & Annie have joined forces to create and offer postpartum education, support and social connections to Kitsap County through Tide & Nest.
