Eight-week support group for mothers and babies (birth–6 months)
Gather weekly with other mothers for honest conversation, shared experiences, and compassionate support from local professionals. Build community, ease the isolation that often accompanies early motherhood, and connect with trusted local resources. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, you belong here. Many join in the first few weeks after birth; others arrive later—come exactly as you are.

A few times a year, we host community workshops and guest speakers covering the topics that matter most in the postpartum season, from feeding and movement to mental health and beyond.
These sessions bring in trusted local professionals to share real, practical knowledge in a warm, welcoming setting.
Open to the wider Tide & Nest community, whether you've joined a support group with us or not, they're a chance to keep learning, connecting, and building the kind of village every new parent deserves.

Join our welcoming community of expecting and new moms with a class that is tailored to meet the needs of your changing body.
Appropriate for all levels of students. Taught by a pelvic floor physical therapist and yoga teacher, this class offers methods to support pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery through movement, relaxation, and breath practices that promote finding balance in your body.
Prenatal and postpartum yoga classes offer connection to community and an opportunity for embodying yourself with targeted and safe practices.
Cultivate strength, enhance awareness, and optimize functioning of your deepest core and pelvic floor muscles for whatever perinatal stage you are in.
-
Throughout the year we offer an opportunity to get out in the forest with your babies for a mindfulness experience of the forest and natural surroundings.
Come experience the calming and grounding practice with your little one. Babies in carriers preferred.

Our book club is a space for moms to slow down, reflect, and connect over books that speak to the real experience of motherhood.
Each month, we gather to talk not just about the story on the page, but about what it stirs up in our own lives, our identities, our relationships, and the ways we're growing.
It's a chance to nourish your mind alongside your role as a mother, and to be in conversation with other women doing the same. Open to all moms, whether you've finished the book or just need the company.
